2.1.
The main
objectives and tasks of the Organization are:
1)
promotion of
advancement of economic science and implementation of new forms and technique of
accounting, audit and economic analysis that meet the requirements of the
current level of production and management;
2)
assistance
to the accounting, audit and economic analysis personnel in formation of
economic thinking suitable for market relations;
3)
presentation
and protection of rights and legal interests of the members of the Organization,
assistance in protection of their professional interests;
4)
promotion
of improvement of
the professional competence of the members of the Organization and
raising prestige of the profession.
2.2.
In
accordance to its objectives and tasks the Organization shall:
1)
organize and
fulfill studying, generalization and dissemination of advanced national and
foreign experience in organization of accounting, audit and analysis of economic
activity;
2)
participate and
conduct symposiums, research-and-practical conferences and seminars on the
issues of accounting, audit, and economic analysis, provide consultations;
3)
participate in
working out educational plans and programs for training and improving
professional competence of accountants and auditors;
4)
carry out
methodical work related to training accountants and auditors, improving their
professional competence, work out criteria of their professional competence;
5)
establish
educational institutions and organizations in accordance with the established
procedure;
6)
in accordance
with the law on mass media carry out information and publishing activities;
7)
participate in
working out and approving rules of professional ethics, monitor observing the
rules by the members of the Organization;
8)
organize
trainings of the members of the Organization at the national and foreign
companies and organizations, invite specialist from abroad;
9)
establish and
keep a data base of business information related to the activities of the
Organization;
10)
establish and
develop relations with analogous public organizations of Russia and other
countries, participate in work of international organizations;
11)
within
the requirements of the legislation carry out entrepreneurial activity
and establish economic organizations with the rights of a legal entity
only for reaching objectives provided in the Charter;
12)
carry
out external economic activity through the established organizations in
accordance with current legislation.
