1.1.  International public organization “Association of Accountants and Auditors “Sodruzhestvo” (hereinafter called “The Organization”) is an international public union based on membership and acting in accordance with principles of voluntary, equality of members, self-governance, publicity and legality.

1.2.  The full name of the Organization in the Russian language is: International public organization “Association of Accountants and Auditors “Sodruzhestvo”. The short name of the Organization in the Russian language is: МОО «АбиАС».

1.3.  The Organization carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law “On public organizations”, other legislation of the Russian Federation, international agreements of the Russian Federation and also this Charter.

1.4.  The Organization is a legal entity, has its own assets, balance, has the right on its behalf acquire tangible and non-tangible assets, may be a plaintiff and defendant in court, may have ruble and currency accounts, seal with its name and emblem. The Organization acquires rights of a legal entity from the moment of the state registration.

1.5.  The Organization is responsible for its liabilities with its assets that can be recovered according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.6.  The State, founders and members of the Organization are not responsible for the liabilities of the Organization. The organization is not responsible for the liabilities of the State, founders and members.

1.7.   The Organization carries out its activities on the territory of more than half regions of the Russian Federation and also on the territory of the Belarus Republic and in other countries.
